Creates "Ohio Bullfrog" license plates authorized under new section 4503.568 of the Revised Code, with design approved by Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Grizzell Middle School in Dublin.

Requires $15 contribution per registration and $10 administrative fee for Ohio Bullfrog plates, with contributions deposited to the license plate contribution fund for wetland protection and bullfrog educational programs.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.568 to the list of license plate sections whose contributions are collected in the license plate contribution fund.

Ohio Department of Natural Resources receives all contributions to use for protection and preservation of wetlands in Ohio and educational programs pertaining to bullfrogs and similar wetland animals.
