Amended Senate Bill 175 Summary

• Grants civil immunity to nonprofit corporations, private employers, institutions of higher education, and political subdivisions for injuries, deaths, or losses caused by concealed handgun licensees bringing firearms onto their premises, unless acting with malicious purpose.
