Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2919.22 to add "sexually suggestive performance" as a prohibited activity involving minors under 18 years of age.

Defines a "sexually suggestive performance" as a performance occurring at a D liquor permit premises that suggests a minor is participating in sexual activity, masturbation, or bestiality, or shows a minor simulating such acts, and appeals to prurient interest by contemporary community standards.

Classifies violation of the sexually suggestive performance prohibition as endangering children, a felony of the second degree.

Requires courts to order revocation of a D liquor permit held by an offender if the violation occurs at the permit premises.

Establishes mandatory prison sentences and restitution requirements for offenders convicted under this provision, with enhanced penalties if the offender also pleads guilty to a related specification.
