Amends section 3717.22 of the Revised Code to revise exemptions from retail food establishment licensure for certain wineries

Establishes that wineries with A-2 or A-2f permits producing 10,000 gallons or less annually are exempt from licensing if they serve only unopened commercially prepackaged food

Limits exempt wineries' prepackaged food sales (other than wine) to no more than 5% of total gross receipts based on previous calendar year

Requires winery owners to notify the director of their exemption status and display a notice to customers stating the establishment is not required to be licensed as a retail food establishment

Repeals the existing version of section 3717.22
