Amends section 3517.13 of the Revised Code to allow candidates to use campaign funds to pay child care costs under certain conditions.

Specifies that child care costs are considered ordinary and necessary expenses when incurred as a direct result of a beneficiary engaging in campaign activities or public office duties and would not otherwise be incurred.

Applies to campaign fund beneficiaries under divisions (O), (P), and (Q) governing permissible uses of campaign funds for reimbursement of legitimate expenses.

Maintains existing restrictions that campaign funds cannot be converted for personal use and requires expenses to be legitimate, verifiable, and directly connected to campaign or official activities.
