Reduces the minimum number of precinct election officials from four to two at multi-precinct polling locations that use electronic pollbooks, subject to board approval by affirmative vote of at least three members.

Allows boards of elections to designate a single voting location manager for multi-precinct locations instead of requiring one per precinct.

Permits combining pollbooks for multiple precincts into a single pollbook when operating a multi-precinct voting location.

Maintains requirement that not more than one-half of precinct election officials belong to the same political party.

Preserves existing provisions allowing high school seniors to serve as precinct officers and requiring student applicants to declare political party affiliation.
