Enacts section 3902.50 of the Revised Code to establish a cost-sharing cap for prescription insulin drugs in Ohio health benefit plans.

Limits cost-sharing (copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket expenses) for covered prescription insulin drugs to a maximum of $100 per 30-day supply.

Applies to health benefit plans delivered, issued, modified, or renewed on or after the bill's effective date.

Cap applies regardless of the amount or type of insulin needed to fill a covered person's prescription.

Applies to all health plan issuers that provide coverage for prescription insulin drugs under the terms of a health benefit plan.
