Revises Ohio's radiation control program laws, including licensing and registration requirements for radioactive material handlers and radiation-generating equipment operators.

Establishes and expands telehealth services requirements across multiple health professions (physicians, nurses, psychologists, therapists, etc.) and requires health benefit plans to provide coverage on the same basis as in-person services.

Requires tuberculosis screening for child care, preschool, and child day-care center employees who have resided in high-burden countries and arrived in the US within five years.

Permits disclosure of public assistance recipient information to public health authorities for tuberculosis investigations in child care settings when emergency conditions are met.

Exempts certain mobile dental facilities operated by schools, health districts, and contracted public entities from notice requirements regarding location changes and facility closures.
