Extends the moratorium on building code requirements for storm shelter installation in school buildings from September 15, 2020 to November 30, 2022

Applies to all school buildings operated by public or private schools and any such buildings undergoing construction, alteration, repair, or maintenance with financing secured prior to November 30, 2022

Amends section 3781.1010 of the Revised Code to update the deadline and prohibits board of building standards rules from requiring storm shelters prior to the extended date

Defines "school building," "public school," and "private school" consistent with section 3781.106 of the Revised Code
