• Modifies condominium and planned community association requirements including budgeting, insurance coverage, record-keeping, assessment collection procedures, and enforcement mechanisms for violations

• Establishes procedures for associations to provide written notice to owners before imposing damage charges or enforcement assessments, including the right to a hearing within ten days

• Updates New Community Law provisions regarding developer definitions, organizational boards, and community development program structures
