Amends section 3314.03 and enacts section 3314.261 of the Ohio Revised Code regarding attendance policies for internet- or computer-based community schools that are not dropout prevention and recovery schools.

Requires internet- or computer-based community schools to adopt attendance policies defining when a student is "in attendance" based on either participating in at least 90% of instructional activities offered or being on pace for on-time course completion.

Mandates schools submit written reports to parents/guardians when students accumulate 30 or more hours of unexcused absences in any semester.

Allows schools to develop policies for disenrolling students who fail to participate in instructional activities after receiving notification and failed intervention attempts, with a one-year re-enrollment restriction.

Requires schools to provide alternative educational options to disenrolled students and notify resident school districts within 48 hours of disenrollment.
