Authorizes the registrar of motor vehicles to issue "Ohio Carpenters" license plates to owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, or other registrar-approved vehicle classes

License plates shall display a logo and words selected by representatives of the Ohio carpenters union and approved by the registrar, along with standard county identification stickers

Applicants must pay the regular license tax, any applicable motor vehicle license taxes, any additional fees from special reserved plate programs, and a $10 administrative fee

The $10 administrative fee shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the bureau of motor vehicles for additional services

Applications may be combined with requests for special reserved license plates under existing registration statutes
