Modifies section 4503.564 of the Revised Code to change the recipient organization for license plate contributions while maintaining the $15 contribution amount per registration and renewal.

Amends section 4501.21 to update the list of organizations receiving license plate contributions to reflect the change in Glen Helen Nature Preserve funding recipient.

Maintains all existing license plate contribution procedures, fees, and distribution methods through the license plate contribution fund.
