S.B. No. 350 Summary

• Prohibits city, local, and exempted village school districts from providing public transportation vouchers to students in grades kindergarten through eight for the 2020-2021 school year

• Requires school districts to provide direct transportation to all students in grades K-8 that they are required to transport under Chapter 3327 of the Revised Code

• Directs the Department of Education to monitor compliance and deduct the total daily transportation payment amount for each day of non-compliance from the district's payment

• Preserves school districts' authority to provide payment in lieu of transportation under section 3327.02 of the Revised Code
