Enacts the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact to allow physicians to obtain expedited licenses to practice medicine in multiple member states through a streamlined process.

Establishes an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission consisting of two voting representatives from each member state to administer the compact and promulgate binding rules.

Requires physicians to meet specific eligibility criteria including: graduation from accredited medical schools, passage of required licensing exams within three attempts, completion of graduate medical education, specialty certification, a full unrestricted license in a state of principal license, and no criminal convictions or disciplinary actions.

Creates a coordinated information system allowing member state medical boards to share complaint, disciplinary, and investigatory information about physicians licensed under the compact, with automatic suspension of all licenses if the principal state license is suspended or revoked.

Becomes effective and binding when at least seven states enact the compact, with Ohio required to appoint two commissioners to the Interstate Commission within thirty days of the compact's entry into law.
