Amends section 1907.15 of the Revised Code to add Cross Creek Township as an authorized location for Jefferson County County Court proceedings.

Modifies the existing provision requiring the judge whose term commences January 1, 1993, and successors to hold court in "Wintersville or Cross Creek township" instead of only Wintersville.

Maintains existing requirements that the judge whose term begins January 1, 1995, holds court in Dillonvale and the judge whose term begins January 2, 1995, holds court in Toronto.

Repeals existing section 1907.15 and replaces it with the amended version.
