OH SB55

Adds "substance addiction services provider" as a sentencing enhancement location, similar to existing school and juvenile vicinity enhancements for drug trafficking offenses, with increased felony degrees and mandatory prison terms.

Defines substance addiction services providers to include certified alcohol/drug addiction service facilities and opioid treatment programs licensed under sections 5119.36 and 5119.37 of the Revised Code.

Offense must occur on the provider's premises or within 1,000 feet thereof, and offender must recklessly disregard whether the offense is being committed in that vicinity.

Modifies penalties for pandemic-related public health order violations in sections 3701.99, 3707.99, and 3709.99 to require warning on first offense and maximum fine of $100 on subsequent offenses.

Designates sections 2925.01 and 2925.03 of the Revised Code as the "Relapse Reduction Act."
