Amends section 1901.181 of the Revised Code to grant the Cleveland Housing Court jurisdiction over reviews and appeals of final orders from administrative bodies relating to local building, health, or safety codes.

Gives the Cleveland Housing Court the same appellate authority over administrative code violations as the court of common pleas currently has.

Applies to appeals of decisions by administrative officers, agencies, boards, departments, tribunals, commissions, or other instrumentalities involving building, housing, air pollution, sanitation, health, fire, zoning, or safety codes and regulations.

Repeals the existing section 1901.181 of the Revised Code and replaces it with the amended version.
