Urges the United States Department of Defense to select Youngstown Air Reserve Station in northeast Ohio as the home for new C-130J Hercules aircraft.

Youngstown Air Reserve Station currently houses the 910th Airlift Wing Air Force Reserve Command with nearly 1,450 military personnel and approximately 300 air reserve technicians.

The 910th Air Wing currently operates eight C-130H Hercules aircraft from 1989 and 1990 that require replacement.

The National Defense Reauthorization Act for fiscal year 2020 appropriated $300 million for four new C-130J aircraft.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the U.S. Secretary of Defense, Congress leadership, Ohio's congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
