Endorses and supports the "Screen at 23" campaign to increase awareness of type 2 diabetes screening among Asian Americans at a BMI threshold of 23 kg/m² instead of the standard 25 kg/m²

Recommends that the Ohio Department of Health actively encourage all public and private health care providers and facilities to participate in the Screen at 23 campaign through existing communication protocols

Identifies that approximately 103,800 Asian Americans in Ohio are expected to have diabetes or prediabetes by 2025, with Asian Americans over 30% more likely to have diabetes than Caucasian Americans

Notes that screening at a BMI of 23 instead of 25 would detect over 4,000 additional diabetes cases and many thousands more prediabetes cases in Ohio, particularly among younger Asian Americans

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the Governor, Director of Health, and news media of Ohio
