Honors the Ashland, Wayne, Medina, and Holmes county farm bureaus for receiving the 2020 County Activities of Excellence Award from the American Farm Bureau Federation

Recognizes the farm bureaus' establishment of the Safe Farms Facility, a joint training complex providing instruction in grain entrapment/awareness, confined space rescue, rope rescue, high angle rescue, electrical emergency response, and pre-planning for building construction

Commends the committed members of these farm bureaus for their efforts to invest in their communities and contribute to Ohio's agricultural industry

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to each of the four county farm bureaus
