Recognizes April 2020 as the Month of the Military Child in Ohio

Notes that April was first designated as the Month of the Military Child in 1986 by then-U.S. Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger to increase public knowledge of issues affecting military children

Acknowledges the sacrifices of military families, including frequent relocations, parental separation, and exposure to danger

Urges all Ohio citizens to observe the month with appropriate programs and activities and to advocate for military service members and their families

Directs the Ohio Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio news media
