Recognizes her expertise as an attorney in state and local government law, including annexation and municipal home rule issues that were highly valued by legislators and staff.

Commends her demonstrated research, analytical, and writing skills, as well as her assistance at countless legislative committee hearings throughout her distinguished career.

The Senate congratulates Gridley on her retirement and salutes her as one of Ohio's finest citizens.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Wendy Gridley.
