Recognizes Head Coach Mitch Hewitt and his assistants for providing guidance, inspiration, and developing the players' talents while instilling determination, perseverance, and camaraderie.

Commends the Hilltoppers players and coaches as exemplary athletes and citizens who demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship and dedication.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Chardon High School football team.
