Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2108.81 to establish a priority order for who may direct the disposition of a deceased adult's remains when the deceased has not executed a written declaration.

Establishes the following priority order: surviving spouse, surviving children, surviving parents, surviving siblings, surviving grandparents, surviving grandchildren, lineal descendants of grandparents, former guardian, and any willing person after good faith effort to locate higher-priority individuals.

Grants precedence to the parent who was the residential parent and legal custodian at the time the deceased reached age of majority, unless that parent is disqualified under section 2108.75 of the Revised Code.

Provides an exception allowing state or local public officials to arrange final disposition for indigent persons or those whose disposition is the financial responsibility of the state or political subdivision.

Repeals the existing section 2108.81 and replaces it with the amended version.
