Creates "The Ohio Aerospace Institute" license plates that vehicle owners can apply for, with an appropriate logo and words selected by Ohio aerospace institute representatives and approved by the registrar.

Requires a $25 contribution per registration and renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee, with contributions deposited into the license plate contribution fund to support the Ohio aerospace institute for student internships in aerospace and educational programming.

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.507 to the list of license plate contribution sections, establishing how the registrar distributes contributions collected from various specialty license plate programs to designated charities and organizations.

Specifies that the $25 contributions go to the license plate contribution fund while the $10 administrative fee goes to the public safety - highway purposes fund to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for additional services.

Repeals the existing section 4501.21 of the Revised Code as part of the amendment process.
