Eliminates spousal exceptions for rape, sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition, sexual imposition, and importuning offenses in Ohio Revised Code sections 2907.02-2907.07.

Permits spouses to testify against each other in prosecutions for these sexual offenses by amending section 2945.42.

Removes language that previously excluded spouses from criminal liability for sexual offenses, allowing prosecution of spouses for sexual crimes against each other regardless of marital status.

Maintains existing sentencing provisions and penalties for these sexual offenses, including mandatory minimum prison terms for certain violations.

Applies to cases where the offense can be committed against a spouse, including situations where spouses are living separate and apart.
