Requires the Ohio Department of Education to develop a process allowing students or their parents/guardians to request investigations of schools' compliance with anti-bullying policies

Mandates the Department of Education to conduct investigations following established procedures and provide both the student and school with a hearing opportunity

Authorizes the Department to order schools to comply with their anti-bullying policies within a specified timeframe if non-compliance is found

Amends Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.666 to add this investigation and enforcement mechanism to existing harassment, intimidation, and bullying policy requirements
