• Creates a new "Circleville Pumpkin Show" license plate that vehicle owners can apply for from the Ohio registrar of motor vehicles.

• Applicants must pay a $25 contribution (deposited to the license plate contribution fund), a $10 administrative fee (deposited to the public safety - highway purposes fund), plus regular registration fees.

• The license plates display an appropriate logo and words selected by representatives of Circleville Pumpkin Show, Incorporated and approved by the registrar.

• Contributions from the license plate program are directed to Circleville Pumpkin Show, Incorporated to promote goodwill surrounding the annual nonprofit pumpkin show event.

• Amends section 4501.21 of the Revised Code to add section 4503.597 to the list of sections whose contributions are collected in the license plate contribution fund, and specifies distribution of those contributions to the Circleville organization.
