Creates the Land Reutilization Nuisance Abatement Program administered by the Director of Development Services to fund abatement of nuisance structures on blighted parcels through grants to county land reutilization corporations.

Requires county land reutilization corporations receiving grants to commit additional matching funds equal to or greater than the grant amount for nuisance structure abatement.

Limits grant awards to any single county land reutilization corporation to no more than 20 percent of annual program appropriations in any fiscal year.

Appropriates $50,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal years 2022 and 2023 to fund the Land Reutilization Nuisance Abatement Program.

Grants county land reutilization corporations new authority to abate and fund abatement of nuisance structures through demolition, renovation, or remediation.
