Amends Ohio Revised Code Section 2903.41 to expand the definition of "violent offender" to include convictions for child abuse-related offenses involving victims under fourteen years of age.

Adds violations of sections 2903.15 (domestic violence) and 2919.25 (domestic violence) committed against victims under fourteen years old by offenders eighteen years or older to the violent offender database requirements.

Includes attempts, conspiracies, and complicity in committing the specified child abuse offenses as violations that classify an offender as violent.

Designates the legislation as "Jacob's Law" and establishes that the expanded violent offender database requirements apply to convictions occurring on or after the effective date.

Takes effect six months after the bill's enactment date.
