Adds "lawful source of income" to Ohio's civil rights law definition, including housing assistance, vouchers, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, and other federal, state, or nonprofit programs.

Prohibits discrimination in rental housing based on lawful source of income, including refusing to rent, denying access to common areas, serving eviction notices, or starting eviction actions based on income source.

Prohibits misrepresenting housing availability or requiring different terms for rental transactions based on lawful source of income.

Prohibits advertising notices, statements, or applications that indicate preference, limitation, or discrimination based on lawful source of income.

Applies prohibitions to all persons engaged in renting or leasing housing accommodations under Ohio's existing civil rights enforcement mechanisms through the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
