Requires every employer in Ohio to provide each employee with a written or electronic earnings and deductions statement for each pay period on regular paydays

Statement must include employee name and address, employer name, gross and net wages, all deductions with amounts and purposes, payment date, and pay period covered

For hourly employees, statement must also include total hours worked, hourly wage rate, and hours worked in excess of 40 hours per workweek

Employees who do not receive required statement may submit written request; employer must provide statement within 10 days or employee may report violation to the director of commerce

Director of commerce can issue written notice to non-compliant employer, which must be immediately posted in a conspicuous workplace location for 10 days
