Designates October 9 as "PANDAS and PANS Awareness Day" in Ohio to recognize Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS) and Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS).

Requires all health benefit plans issued or renewed after the effective date to cover screening, diagnosis, and treatment of PANDAS and PANS without step therapy protocols or prior authorization requirements.

Mandates coverage of comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, immunomodulatory therapies (including immunoglobulin therapy, corticosteroids, plasmapheresis, and rituximab), antimicrobial treatments, and therapeutic services from licensed speech and occupational therapists.

Prohibits cost-sharing requirements for PANDAS and PANS coverage that are less favorable than the cost-sharing applied to other medical and surgical benefits.

Requires the Ohio Medicaid program to provide identical coverage for PANDAS and PANS screening, diagnosis, and treatment under the same terms as private health plans.
