Enacts section 4933.40 of the Revised Code to establish restrictions on political subdivisions' regulatory authority over energy generation and infrastructure.

Prohibits counties, townships, and municipal corporations from prohibiting or limiting the use of any fossil fuel for electricity generation.

Prohibits counties, townships, and municipal corporations from prohibiting or limiting the construction or use of pipelines for the transportation of oil or gas.

Applies to all political subdivisions as defined in the statute, preventing local bans or restrictions on these energy-related activities.
