Amends sections 4513.35 and 4513.39 of the Revised Code to allow township police officers and constables in townships with populations between 5,000 and 50,000 to enforce traffic violations on interstate highways within their jurisdiction if authorized by the township board of trustees.

Township board of trustees may adopt and rescind a resolution authorizing enforcement on interstate highways that meet three conditions: the highway is part of the interstate system, located within the township, and has a permanent public access point within the township.

Fines collected from enforcement on interstate highways by township officers under this authority are paid to the county treasury and credited to the highway maintenance fund, rather than split with the township.

Access points available at the bill's effective date remain available for use even if the territory is subsequently annexed by a municipal corporation.

Existing sections 4513.35 and 4513.39 are repealed and replaced with the amended versions.
