Designates the portion of U.S. Route 52 running easterly and westerly across the entire southern portion of Adams County as the "Adams County Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway"

Adds section 5534.819 to the Ohio Revised Code to codify this highway designation

Authorizes the Ohio Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its memorial name

Maintains all other existing names and designations of the road prescribed in the Revised Code
