Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2921.03 and 2921.04 to add guardians ad litem and court appointed special advocates to protected classes under intimidation laws.

Prohibits knowingly attempting to intimidate, abuse, threaten, or harass guardians ad litem and court appointed special advocates involved in civil actions, domestic relations, or juvenile proceedings.

Prohibits knowingly attempting to intimidate, abuse, threaten, or harass guardians ad litem and court appointed special advocates involved in criminal or delinquent child actions or proceedings.

Establishes that intimidation of a guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate is a misdemeanor of the first degree; intimidation of public servants, party officials, attorneys, or witnesses remains a felony of the third degree.

Creates civil liability for violators to pay damages, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and other expenses to any person harmed by the violation.
