Enacts section 5534.433 of the Ohio Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 123 in Warren County as the "Officer Ciera N. Greene Memorial Highway"

Designates the stretch of State Route 123 running northwest and southeast between Interstate 71 and the eastern border of Lebanon, Warren County

Authorizes the Ohio Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its memorial name
