Requires the Director of Health to establish a mold information and awareness program to help the public understand and eradicate mold in buildings.

Mandates persons or entities selling, transferring, or renting commercial or industrial property disclose known or reasonably suspected mold presence to potential buyers, tenants, or occupants using a director-prescribed form.

Requires the Director to review mold identification and remediation technologies every five years to determine if they provide additional public health protections and examine new scientific evidence about mold health risks.

Directs the Director to establish a public awareness campaign on mold dangers distributed via brochures and the Department of Health website, educating the public on health effects, identification, remediation methods, and support resources.

Requires the Director to adopt rules establishing disclosure forms, procedures for technology reviews, public awareness campaign requirements, and other necessary procedures to implement the mold program.
