Enacts sections 4753.17 and 4753.171 of the Revised Code to ratify and enter Ohio into the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact with other member states.

Establishes a national Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Compact Commission with representatives from each member state to promulgate uniform rules and oversee compact implementation.

Allows audiologists and speech-language pathologists licensed in their home state to practice in other member states under a "compact privilege" without obtaining separate licenses, subject to the practice laws of each state where services are provided.

Requires applicants for compact privileges to hold active, unencumbered licenses in their home state, meet educational and examination standards, pass criminal background checks, and have no adverse actions within 2 years of application.

Permits remote states to take adverse action against practitioners' compact privileges and requires home states to investigate and report disciplinary actions to a centralized data system for sharing among member states.
