Caps cost sharing for prescription insulin drugs at $35 per 30-day supply, regardless of the amount or type of insulin needed to fill the prescription.

Applies to health benefit plans that are amended, issued, or renewed on or after the bill's effective date and cover prescription insulin drugs.

Cost sharing is charged on a per-prescription-fill basis.

Defines "prescription insulin drug" as a prescription drug containing insulin used to treat diabetes.

Amends sections 3902.50, 3902.60, and 3902.70 of the Ohio Revised Code and enacts new section 3902.62.
