Creates a "Loyal Order of the Moose" specialty license plate in Ohio allowing vehicle owners to display the organization's logo and name on their plates.

Requires a $20 contribution per registration and renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund to benefit the Ohio chapter of the loyal order of the moose.

Imposes a $10 administrative fee per registration to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing these specialty plates.

Applies to passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes.

Includes extensive existing provisions for distributions from the license plate contribution fund to numerous charitable organizations, educational institutions, and community groups across Ohio.
