Amends Ohio's public records laws to make all documents related to redistricting work by the Ohio Redistricting Commission, General Assembly, and Legislative Task Force on Redistricting public records, overriding confidentiality protections for legislative documents.

Requires the Ohio Redistricting Commission and General Assembly to hold weekly public hearings and briefings, provide 72 hours advance notice of meetings, and begin public hearings at least three weeks before final map approval votes.

Establishes a publicly accessible Ohio redistricting website hosted by the Legislative Service Commission that includes census data, allows public submission of maps and comments, and provides information on the redistricting process and upcoming hearings.

Creates the Legislative Task Force on Redistricting, Reapportionment, and Demographic Research with six bipartisan members to assist the General Assembly and apportionment board with redistricting duties.

Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Ohio Redistricting Commission for fiscal year 2022 and declares the act an emergency measure to ensure transparency and public accessibility in the redistricting process.
