No state agency, school district, or school shall teach, instruct, or train staff to adopt or believe concepts that one race or sex is inherently superior, that individuals are racist/sexist based on race or sex, or that individuals should feel guilt or psychological distress based on their race or sex.

Teachers of history, civics, and social studies are not required to discuss current events or controversial issues; if they choose to do so, they must explore diverse and contending perspectives.

School districts cannot require student work, lobbying activities, or social policy advocacy as part of coursework in history, civics, government, or social studies courses.

No state agency or school district shall accept private funding for curriculum development, teacher training, or professional development for courses on history, civics, government, or social studies.

No teacher shall be required by any state agency or school district to affirm beliefs about systemic racism or gender identity fluidity against their sincerely held religious or philosophical convictions.
