Changes educational service center governing boards and school district boards to adopt compensation resolutions every two years rather than annually, with compensation capped at $225 per day plus mileage and an annual maximum of $5,000 per member.

Increases maximum compensation for district board and educational service center board members attending training programs from $60 to $96 per day for programs three hours or fewer and maintains $225 per day for programs longer than three hours.
