Includes family planning services within the scope of health care a pregnant minor may consent to receive.

Prohibits minors' parents, guardians, or spouses from being held liable for the cost of treatment or services provided under this section.

Requires health care facilities to request permission from the minor before contacting parents or guardians for additional medical information, though providers may inform them of care needed for medical treatment reasons.

Preserves mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse and neglect under existing Ohio law and prohibits providers from disclosing the minor's medical history to parents or guardians.
