• Increases the minimum gift threshold requiring disclosure from $75 to $150 for most public officials, and from $25 to $150 for gifts received by general assembly members from legislative agents

• Requires gift reporting in specified dollar ranges ($150-$250, $250-$1,000, $1,000-$10,000, $10,000-$100,000, and $100,000 or more) instead of exact dollar amounts

• Repeals the existing section 102.02 of the Revised Code and replaces it with the amended version containing new gift reporting thresholds and ranges
