Enacts Ohio Revised Code section 5534.838 to designate a portion of State Route 158 in Fairfield County as the "SGT Joseph P. Collette Memorial Highway"

Applies the memorial designation to both northbound and southbound lanes of State Route 158 between the intersection with Ginder Road Northwest and the intersection with Carroll Eastern Road Northwest

Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its memorial name
