Requires public and chartered nonpublic schools to create individualized seizure action plans for each student diagnosed with a seizure disorder in collaboration with parents/guardians and licensed health care professionals.

Seizure action plans must include written parental approval, medication details (name, dosage, route, frequency, circumstances of administration), and written notice to staff and volunteers supervising the student.

Mandates that school nurses or designated district employees coordinate seizure disorder care and ensure all staff receive training every two years through approved online or in-person courses from organizations like Epilepsy Alliance Ohio.

Prohibits students with seizure disorders from being denied school attendance based on their condition, except when an IEP or 504 plan requires care by a licensed health care professional at a different school.

Provides immunity from civil liability for schools and employees providing seizure care unless the act or omission constitutes willful or wanton misconduct.
